it's becoming sorta inevitable that we get at least 1 in the first inning.

els ALWAYS gets on. he's the leadoff, and he normally hits into left-centre field and makes it to second, then pedroia gets on, ellsbury steals third, gonzo bounces off the wall and ellsbury comes home. that's a typical first inning now.
