What's on your Independence Day dinner menu tonight?

We had bbq hamburgers, hot dogs, cheddar dogs, baked beans, potato salad, chips, deviled eggs, cookies, watermelon and carrot cake.

BBQ chicken, coleslaw, wedge fries as restaurant takeout. (Saved the cornbread muffin for tomorrow.)

Ribs, corn on the cob, deviled eggs, salad, ice cream sundaes and tv shows about moving to Hawaii. Sigh.

Swedish meatballs with noodles and green beans. We didn't have any kind of holiday celebration, obviously.

Pulled pork, cornbread, cabbage slaw (vinegar dressing), potato salad, rolls for sandwiches, iced tea. Stone fruit crisp and fresh cherries for dessert.

Just me and pets tonight. I had a salad with leftover anti-pasta fixings.

we had smoked ribs, grilled hamburgers, grilled hot dogs, grilled pineapple and bacon sausages, cole slaw, Southwest salad, nachos, other chips, street corn, corn on the cob,
Ice cream with fixings, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chocolate chip cookies, Rice Krispie treats. Just 7 of us. We will all be eating leftovers for a few days
Just finishing up the firework clean up and off to bed.

I had pizza because it was the easiest thing to do. A few of us went up to the shelter to stay with the animals while all the fireworks were going off. Some of them don't handle the stress of it all very well so we do as much as we can to comfort them. We decided to have some pizza as a group and it was pretty good.

We did ribs, baked beans, and baked potatoes for lunch. Bought home Texas road house salmon for supper after seeing transformers movie. It was a balmy humid 92°. I forgot I made the blueberry lemon dump cake too, pretty good.

We had brats, Japanese potato salad, and left over Korean side dishes from the night before's Korean bbq. I was going to make coleslaw but ran out of steam (the Korean food took me half a day to prep, so on the 4th, I was pretty cooked out.)
