Agreed. If the doctor does, by chance, get charged with anything, it should be assisted suicide. I honestly think the doctor didn't do that much wrong. It's not like he gave Michael Jackson the medicine without his consent.

But, like all celebrity deaths, I'm sure the doctor will be charged with manslaughter.
