We had friends over today to celebrate the holiday.
My favorite appetizer and always a huge hit
Jalapeno Pie
1 jar of jalapenos (cut up)
1 lb. cheddar cheee, grated
1/3 lb. swiss cheese, grated
Slices of munster cheese
6 eggs
Lightly beat the eggs, add the cheddar and swiss cheese. Mix together. Put into a greased, large pie pan. Add the slices of munster cheese on top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
I am going to have to start making two when we have people over so that I can have some leftovers!
