What's my best option?

We are a family of 6 and in two weeks we will be staying at POP for 14 nights. We are going to be using DME and Disney transportation but we have 2 days planned in the middle of our trip to go to Universal and IOA. What would be our best option for getting to Universal/IOA from POP? We would need 1 booster seat as well (we weren't going to bring one from home). Renting a car is going to cost around $280 for 2 days as we have to get a minivan and then pay for parking at the hotel and at the park for 2 days. Just looking for the most cost efficient and easiest way.

I'd do Uber or Lyft.

I would bring a booster seat from home. You will be able to use any Uber or Lyft that's large enough. There are NO Lyfts with car seats. Some Ubers have car seats, but the fleet is a lot smaller than the regular selection of cars.

You could also try Mears.

By an inflatable booster seat to bring with you and take a Lyft or a taxi
