Ok the scenario is you're at the movie theatre on a busy Friday night standing in line for concessions. What's more important to you, a cashier who is friendly but slow in getting your order (and as a result the line moves slower) or a cashier who is indifferent but very fast in getting your order (and as a result the line moves faster.)
Also when I say indifferent I mean someone who is emotionless, not happy smiley sunshine, but not rude. Just in between I guess.
I'll say that at a movie theatre, all I want is speed. I don't necessarily care if someone is smiling at me, asking me what movie I want to see, etc. All I want is my pop and popcorn as fast as possible.

Although, I have been known to crack a smile before...I am fast though, mainly because I know how much *I* hate to wait in line. Last night a customer asked me college major and then gave me his business card and said "you seem efficient, give me a call."
, BUT, usually!!
