This will sound strange but Baby wipes! They end up being so handy. Especially when you grab a snack and don't want to stop. DH and I used them quiet heavily on our adult only trip.

A paper list with your confirmation # for your ADRs on it as well as FP+. Don't trust the app. Technology can always fail or die and its good to have back up.

Tylenol/Ibprofen

This is a good one. They will give it to you at the first aid station, but much more handy not to have to walk there if you have it on you. So, I'll expand upon that and say maybe a benedryl and I always have at least a box of raisins or granola bar in case you need something quick before you can think of where you want to really get something, or if waiting for someone.

We carry a backpack with sunscreen, water and the kids stuff like their autograph books and marker, sunglasses when they don't want to wear them, and our camera. Also bring a small first aid kit with Tylenol, neosporin and bandaids.

Ditto to the Chapstick, I have an addiction. I would also say an extra pair of socks if you plan to wear tennis shoes. I know my DH won't wear flip flops, and when his feet get wet, it drives him crazy.

I usually have a wallet with my id, insurance card and a little bit of cash just in case there is a problem with the MB I can still get some grub. Other than that the only only thing I bring is sunscreen and an external phone charger but you already have those on your list.

I always take an extra camera battery and an extra SD card

Tanning lotion (not sunscreen), a sunscreen face stick since it doesn't burn your eyes when you sweat (just in case), lip balm, water bottle (they don't confiscate), sweater! (Most important next to my wallet etc), and since we have to use our tickets so much throughout the parks for FP (even if we don't hop), I bring my cute blingy lanyard to wear so my ticket is available. People looking for their tix again holds up the FP line. Also, very important are my probiotics! Never leave home and eat park food without em! Pop in a few EmergenC vitamin packs to go in the water bottle, yes they really really work! Hand sanitizer in the same wellness category. Wash hands or sanitize before every. single. snack. I almost forgot my Disney rewards card and credit cards, that would a stank. I LOVED our photo at EP!

I think that's pretty much it. I has some cash left over from the cruise so I brought that. Tiara and makeup if I haven't had time already to put it on....

After hearing the story of the people changing the baby on the table at Flame Tree, I'm adding Clorox Wipes to the list.

Jackets and sweat pants or jeans.

Perhaps in summer you don't need this, but in other times of the year it can be cold in the morning, hot in the afternoon, and cold at night. So most of my backpack is stuffed with spare clothes for the family so we are ready for any weather. I pick clothes easy to roll up.

The last thing I want to hear is "Daddy, I'm cold!" And I have to buy a $50 Disney sweatshirt.

I definitely second medicine for headache/nausea/general pain-- I have a little container in my bag that holds a few pills each of Excedrin Migraine, ibuprofen, and Dramamine. DH and I are both headache prone, so it depends on your party. But Disney is so hot and busy and you're being slung around on rides while eating theme park food. All the elements for a good headache or stomachache are there.

Also, I highly recommend picking up a small fan. I could not survive without mine, especially when standing still in a hot, sticky line with no air circulating around you. It's immensely relieving to be able to take out my fan and at least get the air moving around my face. I got ours from either Wal-Mart or Target camping section: Coleman brand, handheld and fits easily in my small park bag, and it was maybe $3 if that.

We skip the baby wipes, Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer and instead wash hands with soap and water before eating and on bathroom breaks. We don't carry water bottles either because I'd rather pay $10 a day for bottles than lug them around. My park bag is quite small and light. I do, however, carry a few Clorox wipes on the plane to wipe down arm rests, tray tables, etc. before settling in. I once rode from Orlando to Minneapolis next to Typhoid Mary who apologized for having pneumonia and was wearing a dust mask. :worried:

Scientists have found that the soap in many restrooms is actually a breeding ground for germs because often it is refilled over and over and the actual soap holder is not sterilized. They went around the country testing the soap in restrooms from airports, restaurants, malls, and a multitude of places and it turned out people were putting germs on their hands when they washed them. Now I take my own mini soap (I fill up a hand sanitizer bottle that clips on my bag.).

We don't carry water anymore. We bring flavor drops and get the free ice water from the locations that sell fountain drinks. Ice cold every time :)

For our park bag, I try to remember to keep it light-weight. I know I am the one who will end up lugging it most of the time!

I find it convenient to have different kinds of things in different "holders." I have some fabric zippered pouches from the dollar store. One is my "first aid" pouch and holds sheets of moleskin, blunt-ended scissors for cutting the moleskin, some bandaids, a small emery board (because if I chip a nail, I worry it and chew on it until I can fix it- or until it's down to nothing :upsidedow ), a small roll of masking tape (I have a plastic "core" from regular tape that I wound the masking tape around, so it's small- the Rockettes recommend this for blister prevention/protection… I figure they'd know about feet in shoes!), and a small tube of antibiotic cream. Another pouch is the medication pouch. At the dollar store, I bought boxes of antihistamine, decongestant, anti-diarrheal pills, as these all come on bubble sheets. I put a sheet of each (so don't' have to worry about them getting wet) and a sheet of Bonine in the pouch, along with a small prescription bottle with ibuprofen and tylenol in it… and a roll of Tums (learned the hard way… about $3 in the gift shops!). Third pouch has a sunscreen stick, small bottles of sunscreen (old bottles that I transferred sunscreen into), and an extra chapstick with SPF in it. I like having the stuff in different pouches (they measure maybe 3" by 5"?) so it's easy/quick to grab. I also throw in some dollar store ponchos (one per person- I dry them off and hang them overnight if we use them, so they don't get icky/gross), a tube of glow sticks (bracelet size, 12 or 15 for $1), the paper copy of our ADRs and now FP+* (in a ziplock so they don't get wet) as well as a small notebook and pen, lightweight sweater for DD (air conditioning in the summer is SO cold at dinner). I put my license, credit card, park passes (although not anymore), and some cash in a zipper pouch that's a tad bigger than the credit card (I buy these in Epcot in the giftshop in China) and put it in my pocket so I have it with me (sometimes I use a diaper pin to secure it if the pocket is shallow). That's about it… OH, some empty water bottles so we can get iced water at the QS counter and pour it over. It's better than carrying around full bottles. Also a Sham-Wow kind of towel (also from the dollar store) in case we need to dry off seats. Also a few spare zip locks, just in case I need them.

*Can I just say that this cracks me up? All the hype about MM+, amazing new technology that puts Disney at the forefront of everything, and because it's so glitchy and wonky, everyone is carrying paper EVERYTHING as a back up!*

For what it's worth, you can buy pretty paper and bamboo "unfolding" manual fans in the China pavilion at EPCOT. They have a big Chinese emporium-type store with what is, I'm pretty sure, just about the least expensive place on Disney property to buy (non-Disney-branded) souvenirs. I plan on taking my MIL and DDs back in there to pick out their own to keep handy in their purses.

I have a backpack with my cameras, wallet with a little cash in it, probably my resort mug bc we usually fill our mugs up before we head to the park
