Just looking to vent a little so please feel free to ignore this post.
Disney is really getting under my skin today. I know we can't always have what we want when we want it but it just seems like there is no slack with them if you are trying to cut costs at all.
Here was the plan for the next trip.
Arrive at MCO on April 30th around 5:30.
Take a cab from the airport to HS to do some minor things and be there early for fantasmic.
Disney says Nope. Sorry. Not gonna happen. We won't deliver your luggage to your hotel unless you hop on our bus.
I asked if I can show up to the Magical Express bus, show him my ticket, tell him we are here and still take a cab instead.
Disney:Absolutely not. (Kinda rude too)

Tina booked through Expedia
I called to add the quick service dining.
Nope, Disney says they can't do it and to call Expedia.
I call Expedia, they don't have the option but the lady with better customer service skills calls the hotel.
Penny at customer service says that I need to call this other Disney number and they can do it for me.
I think, no problem right? Na. I called that number and the guy says to call Expedia. I explain that I already did and was told by another Disney Employee to call this number. He says I don't know who told you that but you have been given the wrong information. I told him it was Penny. He said sorry, call Expedia.
I feel like I'm getting crapped on for staying at Pop.

There was never any issues when spending more money at the nicer hotels. This trip is turning into more headaches than it's worth.
