What's happening at TwoPalms today?

Looks like construction - pipes about 3 feet in diameter, workers with hard hats, surveying equipment. Noticed the orange tape yesterday, closing off the area of the beach. Hope it doesn't ruin our view of the Wonder and Magic!

I'm "guessing" because of the hurricanes that hit last year and took a lot of the beach away, that they might be getting ready to dredge.

They worked into the evening, and looks like the pipes have been sunk into a trench in the sand this morning - parallel to the shore line. Maybe to help hold the sand back and form a dune?
