Ok, here's a little background. About a month ago I had a dream that I had kissed one of my co-workers. In the dream I was like ewww cause he's like a brother to me. I don't like him in that way. Anyway, ever since I had that dream, I feel uncomfortable around him. He works in the front of our dept and I work in the back. Everytime he walks past my desk, I get a knot in my stomach. If he has to ask me for something, or stop to say hi, I get a big goofy smile on my face. We both like to take a late lunch and we usually end up in the break room together. Now before I had the dream we could sit in there and talk or joke around, but now, I feel like a little teenager and at a loss for words. Mind you, I never looked at him as being more than a friend that I happen to work with. I always said I would never date someone I work with. We have hung out on a couple of occasions outside of work, but a lot of other people were around us. For example, I went to his graduation party last year and he came to my housewarming party. Could it be my spirit is picking up on something more?

Sounds like you're either really falling for him, or you just feel really guilty about having that dream. Which, of course, is silly, but guilt has a funny way of creeping up in places it's not needed or wanted.;)

Do keep us posted though.:)

I wouldnt give it a second thought. The guy cannot read your mind, he has no idea what happened in your dream. I wouldnt over think it, it was a dream and everyone has had a wierd dream like that. Hang out with him like you used to.

Yeah your in love, and for some reason some side of you doesn't want your other side to admit that you are in love. You might as well face up to it and tell him to come over to your house tonight for a bottle of wine and a little;)

What a dream really means in the end can only be determined by the dreamer after time spent genuinely contemplating it. But, I have read that dreams like yours are often just an indication of affection that the dreamer feels for the person whom they dreamed they kissed/hugged/whatever, and nothing more. OR, the dream might mean you wish to feel closer - and that could mean many different things, but again that's for you to determine - to that person, and your subconscious is communicating that desire.

For now, if I were you, for the sake of your comfort level at work I'd take the dream at its most simple, basic face value and assume it just meant you genuinely like this person as a friend, and your subsconscious expressed that affection in the form of a kiss. :)

I've had dreams before where I was having a romantic relationship with a co-worker, and for a little while, I always looked at them differently, but eventually I got over it, forgot about it, etc and then it passed.

This too shall pass... if you want it to!
