Whats going on with free dining

Just confirming tomorrow will be the first day Disney offers free dining for oct - dec

I realize its not officially confirmed through Disney but I thought Monday would be the start of visa cardholders discount and when I called last night the Rep on the phone said no discount exist for them.....

So is tomorrow the start for cardholders or general public? So confused.....

It looks like a wait and see. But it sounds like it should. I called my TA, they had only gotten something about a rumor a few days ago. She said they find out the day of when a new special starts, so hoping tomorrow!
