What's going on the last week in January?

I called the Dolphin today to book the last week of January. Why is that week considered peak season?

No idea. I looked on line today too at Dolphin for that week, and AAA rate was $209 I think. Teacher discount was even more. Maybe it's too early for their discounts

How did you find their rates on line? I could only find them through 12/31/12. That is why I ended up calling.
