Whats going on at the old FantasyLand Skyway Station?

Saw a picture over on WDWMagic of some construction going on at the old Skyway station in Fantasy Land. Does anyone know what is going on? Are they maybe finally going to use that for something? Maybe a new attraction?

Rumor is that it is being refigured so that part of it will become stroller parking for nearby Small World and part of it will be a meet-and-greet location for characters. Here's a quote from http://www.mouseplanet.com:

Fantasyland Skyway building area - will go under rehab from July 11 - September 30. While the building itself will not be worked on, the grounds in front will be completely redone. The waterfall, bridge and pond will be removed and replaced with a meet-and-greet for Snow White and a new stroller parking area for "it's a small world."
