What's going on across from BLT?

We are here now staying at BLT. It looks like they are starting to do some work across the street from BLT and the Contemporary? The area is fairly close to the bus area, but not just that area.They've put up temporary fencing, there's some trucks moving around. Anybody know what they are doing?

Interesting, though actually nothing new. We saw it when we stayed there in October. Never could figure out what was going on. Actually, now that I think about it, it seems somebody did finally tell us but I don't remember what it was.

I know. No help at all.

If there's been no more progress on whatever it was since October, it obviously ain't much. Maybe there're cleaning out the Seven Seas Lagoon or something.

DH says they were scraping dirt yesterday. I saw a small crane too. Who knows?

I believe Disney is expanding the bus loop at the Magic Kingdom, adding a third set of bus stops.

Those BLT theme park view rooms should be renamed Parking Lot and Bus Stop view.

Wow, that sucks. That's kind of a far bus area for MK. Especially when they rope off the entrance near Guest Relations and make you go around towards the Monorail.

I think Disney said "Hey, we had to change the lower floor rooms at BLT to standard view instead of theme park view, so let's take away the view!"

If Disney is bringing in a different style bus, which I understand they are doing, then some of the park bus areas are going to need to be rehabbed.
I highly doubt that these new bus stops are going to be hugely distracting from the standard view villas. I mean, seriously, they are so close to the ground as it is, what's the big deal? All you see is the parking lot now.
