Completely agree. Live and learn. The few hundred dollars to split them up is well worth the flexibility down the road. So thankful for all the knowledge i was able to absorb from there boards before we purchased.

15 contracts. Thats impressive! If you dont mind me asking what is the timeframe from 1-15? We bought all 7 of our contacts within a 9 month period. Addonitis hit hard and fast but we have been on the bench for close to 6 months now

We only have one UY for our 15 contracts, so that's easier to keep track of than multiple UYs. But I also use spreadsheets bc I love them and it does help keep track of other things (banked/borrowed points, dues, rented points, etc).

Speaking of spreadsheets, anyone can recommend a useful one for cell phones?

Single most important factor for SAP+, in my opinion, is the AD. Therefore, the answer:

AUL subsidized ($7.61 pp AD).

But what if you can’t get into any of the premier WDW DVC resorts? Book the usual resorts in seven month window: BLT, PVB, AKV, SSR, OKW. (I am socal local and have consistently booked 1-BR in VGC within 7-months using AUL (sub) points. I’ve also booked BWV and Beach Club within 7-m window during June and July 4 respectively, with SSR points.

If you exclude AUL (sub) because its rare, then: BLT, CCR, SSR are the best SAP+ in 2025. But it is more common than you think…

Bringing this thread back to life…top SAP+ options in 2025? I feel like the options have gotten murkier. I’m extra curious what people think the top direct SAP+ option is. It feels like every option has a major caveat now.

Caveats:
AKV: most rooms are easy to book at 7 months outside the ones you can’t book at all. Dues.

BLT: small studios don’t fit 5. But I feel like you can use these at the PVB studios without much trouble. WAY too expensive direct.

CCV: need a 2 bedroom to get three sleeping surfaces

GCV: lol. Way too expensive to sleep around.

CFW: no easy washing machine access. Needs a golf cart. High dues. Uncertainty of trust model.

GFV: up front costs; high cost per point resale and direct. Point charts.

OKW extended: dues. Easy to book at 7 months.

PVB: high point charts and questionable views. High resale buy in cost.

RIV: restrictions. Skyliner is divisive; some love it, some hate it.

SSR: expiration and divisive resort. Easy to book at 7 months.

VDH: restrictions, dues and TOT. Can’t easily swap coasts at 7 months without cancelling your reservation.

I’ve been itching so bad for a sub contract, I finally came to the conclusion AUL(s) would be the best SAP+ for me to add, on top of my other contracts!!
There was a bunch available over the past couple months, but they are drying up, and none in my preferred UY so it’s been somewhat easy to hold off.

I just really need more time to pass so I can see how my points are going to actually get used before I add anymore. lol

I think it's important to note that I was planning to take your #5 spot on the list when I buy points on the 2026 Member cruise next August ... but now you've done this and derailed my long range schemes!

Well @Blizzyblizz , it only took one marketing email for me to add 50-points onto our membership three days before the end of our UY, bringing us to 1,081.

ETA: boy this slope is steep. Less than 24 hrs and added another 20 points!

Actually had a change of mind and asked my guide to change our two new contracts a little:
