I was just wondering what the rest of the world is up to tonight. I'm finishing up my home-made spaghetti & Tomato sauce, brasciole and chicken sausage. We'll be a table of 11 tonight and I totally love it! Time to count my blessings, today has been a very good day:goodvibes

I got some ribeyes at Sams Club today- they look great! Gonna brave the cold and grill them outside. Baked potatoes and corn to go with them..........

Roast, potatos, and carrots. Also homemade mac and cheese. Rolls

Chicken milanese, roasted red peppers and onions, stuffing, and Mark West Pinot Noir. Homemade chocolate pudding and whipped cream for dessert. :thumbsup2

I've been wanting to try a Rachael Ray recipe for Crab and Corn Chowda Mac (or something like that). Basically chowder meets mac and cheese. Finally have all the ingredients on hand so today seems a good night to try it.

We had shrimp fra-diavolo and some yummy bread. Usually pasta on Sunday nights. My DH loves braciole, but the made up ones at our shoprite butcher are actually pretty good (both beef and pork). I have issues cutting the strings!

We're going the breakfast for dinner route with eggs benedict... yum. It's my first non-diet meal of the year and I can't wait!

I made Julia Child's Casserole roasted chicken last night, and tonight the remainder is going into enchiladas with green chile and a layer of Carne Adovada. Sort of "Christmas" enchiladas with red and green chile, with a side of calabacitas. DD is visiting from the dorms so we're going to feed her well.

DH and I will be having some good Margaritas, too!

Since it's football night we have sausage dogs with onions and peppers!

Everything sounds so good:) DW and I went to Fresh Market yesterday and we each picked out something different for tonight. I'm having chicken with crab and asparagus oscar and rice. Not sure would DW got.:)

We are having a rolled pork roast stuffed with spinach and cheese from Trader Joe's with sauteed fresh spinach and a tossed salad. DS is cooking it for us! He says he wants to be an engineer someday, but I think culinary arts is in his blood! :)

We had low carb pulled pork, low carb mac and cheese, and brussel sprouts. Yum Yum!

Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn. My comfort dinner. :)

It's just me so simple is the way. Homemade baked chicken strips and macaroni and cheese with apple sauce on the side.

I want to start by saying...this is not typical but tonight it just so happened I had a turkey in the freezer I had thawed. We had
Turkey
stuffing
mashed potatoes
gravy
carrots and corn
buns
stuffed mushrooms
Good eating....

I'm home alone :( so....eggs and toast.
Tomorrow I will be making spaghetti sauce.

We just finished up Voila! Cheesy Ranch Chicken Pasta and Grands biscuits. Typical Sunday fare around this house... something frozen and easy! :thumbsup2

I made beef fajitas. The beef was a flank steak cooked in the crockpot with salsa, tomato paste, lime juice, garlic, sliced onions, and sliced red peppers. It was very tender, very tasty and easy!

its just me so im having a medditerrain shrimp salad-mixed baby greens, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and shirmp with a light balsamic dressing.
