We're having cube steak, beef noodles and green beans, then I might take dd to Rita's for dessert.

Here - I just threw baked potatoes on the grill. Steaks go on in about an hour, we'll have salads too! And...of course some wine.

Well, you're chocolate pie sounded sooo good, I ditched the Rita's idea. We just had chocolate pudding instead. Closest thing I could get to the pie right now.

We had a spur of the moment cookout at a state forest park about 45 minutes away. It was real nice cooking by the river while the kids waded in it. Hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, pasta and potato salads. We just got home. It was a fun family time.

1#-ground turkey meat----1 can of: corn,diced tomatoes,pinto beans,kidney beans.............heat with tiny amount of water and 1/2 packet of Ranch dressing(pwdr) and 1/2 packet of taco seasoning.......... tasty, healty and filling.
