Baked marinated chicken breasts, baked potatos, and corn on the cob.

London broil, mashed potatoes and a veggie (probably peas or corn).

Tuna casserole, garden salad, and corn. My boys will probably have some bread and butter with it, too.

Wow...very similar to ours tonight.

London broil, garlic and blue cheese mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. And blueberry pie with ice cream for dessert (made it this morning before work and had all I could do not to dig right in!)

London Broil? Sounds delish! What's type of meat is london broil (I know it's beef...but how do you order it?). Do you actually broil it in the oven? I'm going to have to research..........

I have leftover mashed potatos, yams, salad and baked chicken for DH on the menu, but I think I might make fajitas instead. I can't decide.

I have homemade spaghetti sauce defrosting....so I'll just boil some water, throw in some frozen ravioli. Add a salad, some garlic bread, YUM!

Stuffed Salmon, asparagus and twice baked potatoes in our house tonight.

When I am undecided about dinner and its already 3:30 I usually choose pancakes or omelets.

I am roasting chicken on the grill using one of those beer can roasters and I will be grilling my corn on the cob. I will not be grilling my broccoli though.

For me: light hot dogs & a side of broccoli (weight watchers friendly dinner)

For the kids: maybe egg sandwiches, or mac n' cheese (oh, so healthy!)

For DH: leftover lasagne (thank God SOMEONE in our house likes leftovers!!)

Thursday night is date night if DH gets home before 8 pm. Not sure where we'll go. If he's late, we'll just have eggs or something.
