Chick Filet at church with salad and chips. It's Wednesday evening and I don't eat at home on Wed eve. Have to interpret and then go to Choir rehearsal to go over what I need to interpret Sunday am. Of course I will not be there this Sunday as I will be in WDW!

Chicken noodle soup for DH

Since it's just DS 2 and I something easy. Maybe Mac and cheese or a sandwich.

Probably a macaroni hot dish with buttered bread. I have been making this a lot lately since we stocked up at Sam's on mac-n-cheese.

I brown up hamburger, cook up macaroni/cheese. Then, in a casserole dish, I mix the two with a can of stewed tomatoes. Top with bread crumbs and bake for about 15 minutes until browned on top. It is really good. Just serve buttered bread with it!

Seared pork roast w/ jerk spice and baked sweet potatoes. I don't eat anything green except lettuce!!!

Easy Dinner:

1 lb ground beef
1 can chedder cheese soup
1 can tomato soup
2 1/2 c. water
12 oz Med. shell pasta

Brown beef--drain fat. Add soups, water and shells bring to a boil. Let cook for 15-20 mins or until shells are cooked.

One pan--easy dish!
