I just put some ribs in a 250* oven and boy don't they smell good!! We'll have garlic potato, corn and green beans too. All this was inspired by a post on the restaurant board asking where the best ribs in WDW were.... made me think of the Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom.

I have spent the morning cooking my sauce(gravy). I love the smell of garlic in the morning :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Just have to remind DH to pick up bread on the way home from work.

Hmmm good question. I have no clue!! ;) Going out with a friend after work, not sure if we will have dinner out or pick up something.

McDonalds :) I'm in college and there aren't really any of them near me, so I'm schelping out into the city to go and get some. I have a really strong craving.

Spaghetti with Parmesan Cheese and melted Swiss cheese on French bread

I just put my pork tenderloin in the oven--it's been marinating since yesterday. I'll add some tomato paste to the drippings and toss with cooked orzo. And for a veggie, it'll be braised celery. My MIL is coming for dinner tonight and whenever she comes, I try to make a nice dinner with leftovers since she is by herself and relies on canned soup and frozen foods.

The 14-pound turkey we got free from the grocery store at Easter, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and corn. (We're going out to eat on Thanksgiving.)

Mmmmmmmm Flame tree.... what I wouldnt give for Flame Tree right now. YUMMY!!

I dont know what we are having. I hope something good. Ribs sound delicious maybe I'll make a call to my "chef" LOL

We are having;
Ham, mashed potatoes, & corn :teeth:
Now excuse me while I go start dinner. :teeth:

Baked pork chops, baked potatoes, baked beans (hey....didn't realize I had a 'baked' theme going on  ), cauiflower, peas and cranberry sauce!

You guys are making me jealous. What I wouldn't give for my mothers home cooking right now :(

Sure, my school actually has amazing food. Chartwells isn't so bad (as far as college cafeterias go, its amazing), and we have tons of other places that take our dining dollars on our student IDs (Wendy's, Au bon pain, the Wrap, Pizzeria Unos), but I sure do miss home cooking!

My 75 year old mother still cooks like she has a house full of people. So, we're eating her leftover chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. I love Oma's care packages. :p

Yesterday, i make Beef stew in the crock pot and a chicken pot pie. Think I'll do beef stew tonight, with hot bread, thanks to the bread machine, salad with tomotoes, cucumber, red pepper, and cheese. with dressing of your choice. and Halloween candy for dessert.

I am making a chicken and potato casserole. Very easy to make but takes a while in the oven. I can only fix it when I don't have to pick Megan up from school. Open up some green beans and we are set to go.

Probably something in the microwave or take-out. My kitchen sink is leaking and won't be fixed until tomorrow, so minimal dishes required tonight!

This was a 4 meal night for us....

I had frozen WW Smart Ones Lasagna Bolognese.
DS#1 recently discovered he like those Smart Ones Honey Dijon Chicken and Rice so he had that.
DS#2 had macaroni and cheese(1 of only 3 dinners he will eat).
And DH had grilled cheese sandwiches.
