Ok What is everyone cooking for dinner tonight or tomorrow for the 4th? Trying to think of something to cook tonight besides hotdogs and burgers

I'm cooking a pork roast, baked potatos and corn tonight. I'm still not sure what is on the agenda for tomorrow of us. It's a wait and see kind of thing.

Tonight, we are having spaghetti and meatballs. Tomorrow, we are going to a cook out at a friends house. I am not sure what they are making, but I was asked to bring a pasta salad and a potato salad.
