Well, I'm not feeling creative for cooking today. I think it will be something very easy.... I'm thinking beef stroganoff made with ground beef, waffle fries (frozen kind) and a green salad.

Have a good day!!

well since it is suppose to be about 106 at dnner time I am thinking marinated chicken breast on the grill, corn on the cob, and salad. ;)

I was going with just salad due to the heat... or take out. :goodvibes maggie

DD has dinner duty tonight and the note I left her suggested chicken breasts (grilled or baked), baked potatoes (nuked), and her choice of either green salad or veggies. We're sticking with chicken and fish this week until I have blood work done on Thursday morning that includes that annual cholesterol check! Want it as good as possible - then I'll go splurge on something totally unhealthy! :rotfl2:

I finally have something good. We''re having orange marmalade pork roast (grilled), cooked apples, and snap peas. It is so hot here I just want water!

Hang in there all of you to the east of Michigan! We had a front come through last night and we are only going to be in the 70s today! With low to mid 80s (and supposedly less humidity) for highs and high 50s to low 60s for lows coming the rest of the week. The weather folks are saying this pattern will move on to the east coast through the week.

I have a beef roast in the crockpot with carrots, potatos and onions. too hot for me too cook too, so it will be done when I get home.

On the menu tonight: grilled ribeye steak with Moroccan spice rub and mashed cauliflower. YUM!
