As its nearly 7 pm here, I'm going to have a cheddar cheese, mushroom and tomato omelette.

...and you? :)

No clue. DH is home with the stomach flu so I doubt he will feel like eating much. That means I will probably just feed the kids a sandwich or cereal and I will eat a Lean Cuisine.

I have a feeling you're pretty hungry with all this talk about food. ;)

I don't know what I'm having yet. I usually decide that when I get home and after I've stared into the freezer for awhile. Chicken parmesan sounds good though...and I know I have the makings for it. So maybe that. :)

Chicken breast stuffed with garlic and herb cream cheese mixture, rolled in Panko bread crumbs and baked. Some plain rice pilaf and a veggie!!

Pork shoulder steak, sweet potato and a salad.

I've had steak, new potatos, onion rings and runner beans.

Pasta with homemade ground beef and sausage tomato sauce, and garlic bread. :)

We did not celebrate Easter yesterday because DH/DD were working and DS was out of town. Everyone is home today so I'm making turkey and all the fixings including loads of desserts!

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......................

Chicken Enchilada Soup!

Actually, this will be the first meal I've cooked in two weeks, since I've been recouperating from my hysterectomy. But I just can't take another week of take out or DS/DH's cooking!

Baked ham, mashed potatoes/gravy, green peas, and french rolls. That is if I get of my computer and get busy :surfweb:

Yes, I was earlier on! :p

Leftovers from last night - roasted chicken with garlic, mushrooms, rosemary & a slice of turkey bacon, new red potatoes roasted with olive oil, rosemary, thyme and parmesan cheese. :goodvibes Might sound all fancy, but I slapped it together cooked it in the oven in just an hour yesterday. We had broccoli with it last night, but tonight we had french green beans sauteed in a little olive oil. Yum a dum dum!
