Roast Beef/Chicken (Both for those who eat both), sausages, roasties, veg, etc.... Dessert is chocolate cake! Yum Yum Yum!

Just had a Quorn lamb grill, baked sweet potato, carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes. Custard for dessert I wish it had been a roast dinner though *lol*

We had a loveley casserole, with lots of yummy veg

Well last night we stayed at the Hilton Hotel and for dinner we had Smoked Salmon,Scalllops+Cream Cheese Appetiser with assorted bread rolls,Baked Haddock in a cheese+parsley sauce,Dauphnoise Potatoes,Asparagus+Broccolli,Hubby had Roast Lamb+trimmings,Dessert was an orange choc mousse encased in a white chocolate cage+choc dipped strawbs,Hubby had vanilla cheesecake.

Tonight we had Dominoes Pizza.x.

Oh how I would have loved to have dinned with many of you. I ate at Burger King, not sure if there are any of those in the U.K. there probably is.
I cannot wait until I can finally! visit Great Britain! (great big sigh!)

Last night it was fish and chips for us as we had fireworks at MIL and FIL's house. They were very yummy!

After a week of Dutch food (cheese, processed meat, sausages and pickled fish ) I've made my best lasagne with rocket salad and jacket pots !
