I just love these threads...they give me new ideas!

We're having breaded baked chicken breasts with amoghio sauce on it. (Kind of like an Italian version of Salsa!) Not sure what sides yet, except for Asparagus spears drizzled with a little EVOO. Need one more side dish...

What are you planning?

KFC. I had a root canal yesterday and still don't feel like eating so Dh is bringing home KFC and I'll have some mashed taters maybe.

Oh yeah! I love Cracker Barrel! Now see what I mean about getting good ideas!! Maybe one night I'll suggest that to my DH!! :cool1:

left over homemade mac and cheese - yum!

in a big bowl (one oven resistant)

one pound elbow mac
one bag shredded cheddar
2 cans tuna
2 cans mushroom soup
16 slices velveeta cheese
butter
garlic, salt pepper to taste

spray bowl, layer all of the above, starting with macaroni, when done, pour milk in bowl 1/2 way. bake at 350 degrees for an hours with foil on top. then take off foil for 20 minutes for "crunchies" on top

my favorite meal YUM

We are eating at my mom's and she is having boneless chicken breast cooked in gravy with peeled potatoes and carrots. Yummy

since it's just me (DH has a meeting tonight)

it's either gonna be
mac and cheese (plain old KRAFT)
or
chicken soup (Progresso)

Spaghetti with meatballs and a tossed salad.

Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, and gravy.

Sauage Jumbalaya......zatarains, not from scratch...lol

I'm a guy what do you expect

Just me, so it'll be salad, a cheeseburger on a toasted english muffin & some onion rings.

stinkerbelle - have you tried the "Thick and Creamy" Kraft Mac-N-Cheese? It is sooooooooooooo good!

Tonight I am cooking from my Weight Watchers cookbook. We are having turkey cordon bleu and a tossed salad. Yum!

It is very cold out, so I am making a chicken vegetable soup, can't decide if I should do pasta noodles in it or perhaps rice. Also, some nice yeast rolls with garlic and butter on top. Ah, comfort food!!

How do you make your tuna casserole? It's my DH fave food but since it's not mine (I'd rather eat cat food) :teeth: , I never make it. Maybe one day I'll surprise him!
