what's for dessert?

we're going to a friend's for dessert tonight, and I'm bringing a cake -- a buche de noel, white cake with chocolate buttercream. actually, I'm bringing two cakes -- I also got a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache -- after standing in line for almost an hour at the bakery I couldn't decide between the two cakes so I bought both.

what's everyone else having?

I made my chocolate ice cream fudge cake with hot fudge sauce and a cream cheese pumpkin pie. We'll worry about the dieting after the holidays!

I got Chinese Food for dinner after church. I made a simple pan of brownies before I left for church for tonight dessert. Taking it easy..........

I had two hungry teenage kids with me when I went shopping. For dessert I've got an assortment. lemon meringe(sp), chocolate silk pies, peach and blackberry cobbler w/ vanilla ice cream.

Pumpkin Pie, Walnut Pie(my sister doesn't like pecans so she uses walnuts instead), Key Lime Pie, Cherry/Cranberry Cheese Pie and Chocolate Cake.

Just got back from mass and I am covered in brownie batter.
I'm making a trifle with brownies soaked in rasberry vodka, white chocolate pudding, cool whip, and heath bar crumbles.

I couldn't begin to list all the desserts we'll have tomorrow.

Mini italian pasteries, yumyum. I only stood in line for a half hour but by the time we left the line was over an hour long (at 10:45 this morning). But sooo worth it.

We had a regular yellow cake with white frosting and christmas decorations on it, green rice krispie treats shaped like trees and decorated, and a chocolate walnut pie.

We had Christmas at DH's Mom's house tonight with all his siblings and their families! There was an assortment of different desserts like Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Cream Pie, Peanut Butter Fudge, Rice Krispie Treats, Fruitcake and Chocolate Chip Cookies!
