What's for Breakfast Today?

Protein bar Du jor (chocolate peanut caramel) with a mini Diet Dr. Pepper and a 40oz caffeinated Crystal Light lemonade.
 

Looking forward to this thread. Needing some ideas for stuff I can grab on the way out the door and eat at my desk. I'm tired of eating breakfast out every day. I know it's only $5/day, but it adds up. I'd like to cut back to 1-2 times per week. So needing some ideas. I've tried eggs, frozen and reheated (were foamy tasting, so not sure), not a fan of casseroles or premaking stuff and freezing and reheating, tried oatmeal (cardiologist told me to stop because it's not healthy), have frozen fruit I could grab. I do buy fruit from time to time, but DW doesn't eat fruits and veggies, so don't have many on hand. Also do toast with peanut butter and honey from time to time. But needing other ideas.
 
Most of the time I alternate between 2 breakfasts:

--Oatmeal with raisins;
--A big breakfast of 2 eggs over medium, turkey sausage, grits and English Muffin.

Coffee with both!

Today was oatmeal.
