I wasn't able to read through the entire thread this morning but was excited! We just had our first group of auctions end on Ebay. It's kind of exciting watching people bid. I learned a lot from people asking questions about what to put in my listings for next time. We're trying to earn some Disney spending money.

I do have a "teachnical" question. I'm not trying to get anyone into any trouble or anything (like myself!!). I was formerly a consultant (quit almost a year ago) and in the contract I signed, it stated that I couldn't sell the stuff again once I'd become "inactive" (i.e. no longer buying stuff from them and having parties and all) or I'd get a fine of $5000. I've got an overflowing tote in our spare room of misc product to get rid of that I just won't use. I've already sent as much back to the company as I could to be "restocked". The question is, can I list a "mystery" item (box, envelope, ect) to try and get rid of this stuff that way since I'm selling a box and not the product??? I really don't want to pay a fine, but I really don't want to have it sitting in my closet forever either!!!

One thing I sell on ebay, that has proven to be pretty successful, is high end resale little girl's clothing (infant +). After researching on ebay how much different brands and styles go for, I peruse the local consignment stores for deals and turn around and sell it on ebay. On average I pay maybe $5-$10 for an item at the store and turn around and make $20-$100. One little sundress I bought for $7 went for $110! That's not including shipping, taxes, etc. If you do your homework and learn what sales for the most it's easy to spot them at the consignment stores. Go to the shops in nice areas. It's amazing the quality people just give away practically.

Yes! Its been great because really without all this Ebaying we wouldnt have been able to go in the trip at all. Course Ebay made a good chunk of money on me this month as well. But all in all I am thankful to have spending money for the kids now.

Packing is a nightmare isnt it? I have glass stuff to pack as well and that always makes me so nervous. I keep getting nervous I might leave something out of a box or it might break before it ships. I cant wait to get it mailed out.

Right now my living room is a huge mess and its making me crazy. Everything is piled up everywhere. I am at the point where I only have a couple weeks till the trip and I want to clean and pack . I still have 2 more days of posting and then waiting another 7 days after that for auctions to end. So I will have to find a place to put this stuff till then or go insane! lol
