What's everyone listening to?

Thank you! That was fantastic... I can't believe he actually went!

I'd be too scared to go, I think... but rednecks do make some of the best food around/ Clogs the arteries and tastes damn good!

And my god... Pete looks AMAZING!! Bravo, sir!

Heidi! Thank you so much for posting the video! I was looking all over the internet at lunchtime today and couldn't find it. You made my day! Such a wonderful early Christmas gift! As for Cracker Christmas, I'd fit right in. I grew up in rural Ontario, Canada so swap out a few traditions (like the Confederate re-creation soldiers . . . my American cousins settled in Western Pennsylvania & fought for the North in the Round Heads division) but its similar to some of our country fairs. I'd love to try that fried gator. We don't get that in Canada! :-) If I get the chance, I have to go another year. I'm a fan of the gator boat rides in Christmas and visit Titusville at least once a year so this shouldn't be that hard to find if I am around during the Christmas season.

ps I absolutely agree with Tonyz re Pete's new look. If I had passed him in the parks over Halloween, I would never have recognized him. If he had sunglasses on and now sans beard, I just wouldn't have known who he was. I think he mentioned on a show a few weeks ago, how he doesn't seem to be stopped as much by DIS fans. Now I understand. He is a completely new man. On the shows, we just get a chest up camera shot. And its also been a gradual change. But has Pete ever transformed himself. I had no idea until I saw the full figure shot. Kudos to him. Absolutely incredible & inspirational!

I don't know who is cuter; Abbey or Pete's mom. You also have to love Pete's little barbs every so often.

Glad you and others can enjoy it! And that just made MY day! :)

I think it was harder to find because it was on "The Dis Unplugged" YouTube channel vs. "The Dis" - recently somebody on The Team said make sure to subscribe to both, sop I luckily did. :)

Totally - love the running commentary - would love to go anywhere with him, and hear his "free association" thoughts on everything, I'd be in stitches!!! :)

That was amazing...!!!
I've been waiting for this ever since Pete toyed with the idea of having it filmed. "Cracker Christmas" was everything I'd pictured in mind...

Other than that,
To answer @PrincessJes's question,
I'd started listening to the old Podcasts all the way back from the beginning. I just go to through the first Bob tribute show, and now I think I'm going to do a 2015 year in review since I've only been listening since August. I'm also listening to the Charlie Brown Christmas Sountrack and Pentatonix's Christmas Album on an infinite loop.

Listening to some non-Disney stuff myself. Replaying season 3 of Superego (again), and working to get caught up on Hello From The Magic Tavern.

Okay, so I finished Disney World Edition, Universal Edition, and The Trip for January. Tomorrow I'll start my first dining review before moving on to February later in the day.
I'm waiting until I get back from my trip in a few weeks to start on the Disneyland Edition (there's a slight chance that I might be heading out there at some point within the next year, so I do need to spend some time listening to the DL shows eventually).

I did take a break from my podcast catch-up to watch the Cracker Christmas video. Hysterical.

What does everyone listen to while the show is on Christmas break?

Do you go back and listen to old shows? Other podcasts? Nothing?

I had all intentions of listening to old DIS podcasts, Maybe even do my year in review and listen to 2015 again, but I got sidetracked...
A girl from work told me about Serial (I was living in a podcast bubble) so I gave that a listen... And finished the first season in about 4.5 days (I did a lot of driving last weekend)
So now I'm listening to undisclosed, which is keeping me interested.
I do want to go back and listen to the DIS from the start though, so I might catch up on undisclosed and then do 2015 and then back to 2006? Or maybe just go straight back to 2006

So, what are you listening to?
Have you gone back and listened to all of the DISunplugged before?

Loved Serial 1.0 and I love what Undisclosed has grown to be. The first few episodes were a little choppy. I'm wrapping up Undisclosed right now.

Not as much a fan of Serial 2.0 alas. :(

I also enjoy Ask Me Another, which is a punny quiz show. I'll also do Stuff You Missed in History Class as well.

There has been a fairly steady flow of videos coming out during this hiatus on the 2 youtube channels, it's for the most part kept me occupied.

Done with February! Including the 7 in 7s ... those were really interesting, but sounded exhausting for the team!
Plus I did a few dining reviews. Including Liberty Tree Tavern ... I think that's a classic for the ages. Because who doesn't want to pay Disney prices for not-even-lukewarm soup kitchen food?
I'm planning to start March later today. My goal is to get through at least March and April this week, and hopefully make a dent in May as well. If I can, I want to get through at least half of 2015 before I start having to worry about keeping up with new episodes.

I made a cameo in the boardwalk 7 in 7.

OK so this is my first post since joining. Been watching the DIS for a year, have visited Orlando at least once a year for most of the last twenty years. Absolutely addicted to the Dis and often get up in the middle of the night when I know there is a new episode to watch and love that there is now three a week to watch! Love all the team and get a 'fuzzy' feeling when they share their personal stuff; also love the funny stuff.

I have gone back and watched many of 2013's episodes over the Christmas hiatus and it's great watching 'past' news! It doesn't feel strange at all as no matter what the content the show is always entertaining and heartwarming. One big change I have noticed is how quiet Craig used to be, I find him absolutely hilarious since he has come out of his shell, especially when he and Ryno get going.

Looking forward to DIS in 2016 and all the new stuff, we have a stay at the Poly booked in September, a dream trip for us and can't wait. Looking forward to being part of the DIS Family!
Happy New Year everyone!

Hi, and welcome - looking forward to seeing more of you "around these parts". Poly stay sounds awesome!!

Update:
I tried listening to "This American Life" on the recommendation of a friend. It was interesting, but ultimately...it put me to sleep.
