What's Direct OKW Add-on's running these days?

I noticed there is a shortage of small resale point packages right now (they're selling fast). Out of curiosity, what's OKW running direct from Disney? Any incentives and if so what's the minimum purchase amount to get the incentive?

Thanks. That's my use year, too. So did they offer to put you on a wait list for August? So were they selling at $90 per point even for 25 point add-ons? I'd love to round my 175 points up to 200, but I'd rather them all be at SSR, but I like OKW, too. Most of the small resale contracts are stripped.

That"s my UY as well. I also didn't know that DVC is selling older resorts ( like OKW) .

I just completed a 25 point add-on at OKW two weeks ago. It was $90 per point. That was my first direct purchase and it was EASY. Their inventory is very low.

That"s my UY as well.

I was told the same thing about OKW with an Aug UY. They would however take my credit card information and automatically charge me if and when an Aug UY contract became available. No thanks. I guess if enough Aug UY DVCers did this then they would exercise ROFR if a resale contract was submitted. It will be interesting to see what happens after March 20th to both resale contract and direct purchase prices.

Hi Guys,

They are going to let me have Saratoga for $99 a point (special price). I'm only needing 25 points so with small resales going for a premium resale (plus I'd have to pay closing) and usually stripped to boot, it's pretty much even steven for adding on through Disney for 25 points.

has anyone tried to add on for Oct UY? I added points in the fall but those were the last they had so unless they've gotten more through defaults, I'm thinking Oct UY is also unavailable for add on's.
