...aside from obviously the Christmas decorations. I heard that visiting DL during the Christmas season is so magical. What other things do they do that's different from other times of the year?

Different parades, different fireworks, HM and IASW get Holiday overlays. The overlays are wonderful. :cloud9: It snows............and the Castle is supposed to get totally decorated in lights and icicles this year that is themed to music. I can't wait to see that!!!!! :woohoo:

It is absolutely my favorite time to go!!!!

Hope you don't mind if I throw in another question!

For those of you with Christmas experience (I don't think my trip at the age of 4 counts...lol!) when is the least crowded time of the Christmas season?
And do these less crowded times compare to non-crowded times in the off season, say, Sep...or Jan-Feb??

Thanks,
Linda

Linda I will try to answer some of your questions.

Disney at Christmas time is truly magical. The spirit of the Christmas holiday truly is present. The fireworks are spectacular. The overlays are a fun.

IMHO the least crowed week of the Christmas season is the second week of December and maybe the end of the first week.

We were there last year and I was blown away.
