What's being built outside AKL?

Just noticed the other day quite a bit of construction going up at AKL. Looks like big tanks or industry being constructed to be honest lol but I know that's not the case....

On another note, there does seem to be some work going on across from EE at AKL. Look like a large outdoor theatre of some kind from the small views i was able to see.

The outdoor seating is for the new Rivers of Light evening show, which should be the next thing to open.

I haven't heard of a new construction project at AKL. But given its proximity to the park, perhaps the OP was seeing the Pandora buildings. It looks like they can be seen for quite a distance.
