What's been open during evening EMH at AK?

Have more rides than just the Pandora ones been open during evening EMH?

I have been wondering this as well. When we will be there in late June/early July, AK is open until 11 with EMH until 1 am. I noticed I couldn't book FP, except ROL and Pandora, after 8:30 ish. Is this because rides aren't open at night?

The daily EMH has been just pandora with the exception of the first memorial day weekend dates which also included EE, a third ROL, both rides in dinoland (but not dinosaur). The last night they actually stopped anyone from heading into africa or most of asia and you have to come around past dinoland to get to/from EE (and exit ROL).

I do not believe they have extended it and it's pandora only through july.

So what time have EE, primeval whirl been closing at night? Since AK is open until 11 can you ride those up until 11? Thanks!

Thank you. Would the regular night hours, up to 11 for part of my trip, be limited as well? There were no FP for rides after 8:30 or so, except Pandora. Just trying to firm up a kind of touring plan and know if it will be worth it to stop in at night when we feel like it since I have park hoppers too.

I am wondering what the evenings are like at AK in general nowadays. I have not been since I think 2012, and one of my favorite things to do was to get there around 430 with a 7PM closing. We would pass the hordes of people leaving the park, snag the last Safari, then head over to Dinoland, ride the Primeval Whirl, then finish our evening at EE, which by this time was pretty much a walk on, so we would get several rides in. We loved it. I imagine that those days are over now.

So, last night, I checked MDE during evening EMH, and, apparently, Expedetion Everest, Dinosaur, Primeval Whirl, Triceratops Spin, Its Tough to Be a Bug, and Meet Minnie and Mickey were all running. EE had a 0 minute wait, and 5-10 minutes for the other rides the times I checked. So, maybe they are keeping some of he rides open....

I noticed that too and I wasn't sure if they were actually open or they forgot to "turn them off" on MDE. I've looked before and seen wait times listed for rides at parks that I know are closed, or before they are open in the morning. I really thought only Pandora was open.

I was there last night. They aren't keeping anything besides Pandora open for the 11-1 EMH. 100% sure, my husband and I each rode different rides that we verbally heard them close after our last ride.

Just got back from our trip. For EMH only Pandora is open. AK was open until 11 while we were there and some other rides were open, EE & Dinosaur, but at 11 everyone is directed out or into Pandora where wait times were crazy! I believe FoP was a 2 1/2 hour wait. I remember thinking people at the end of the line would be getting on the ride close to 3 a.m.

They are doing something right with Pandora. It's an amazing land at night (I like it better than day), so they have extended night hours. I also now think FOP is the best ride in WDW, so there are rides open.

Hopefully they have similiar EMH for Star Wars Land.

But in future years, I hope evening EMH becomes a weekly thing for all of AKL.

They cut back the hours at other parks and don't do many evening EMH in them either and they think they are giving us a lot by having lots of evening EMH at AK, but really they are only opening up Pandora.

Sorry, not worth my time to hang out in the evening to maybe ride the two rides in the extra two hours.

If they actually wanted people to have a positive EMH at AK, then they need to open more rides/attractions so that wait times are not crazy.

My thinking is that Pandora is the hot, new place that people really want to see right now so they only have those open. By not having other attractions open, Disney saves on labor. Just my thoughts on it. I have a feeling they'll do something similar with Hollywood Studios once Toy Story and Star Wars lands are open.

I think I read recently that someone who was there for the evening EMH said EE and Dinosaur were both open when they were there. Hoping that's the case for our trip. We have FPs for FoP, will probably get on NRJ first thing as the line shouldn't be long. I could do Dinosaur multiple times with content.

Pandora only EMH is one of the biggest monkey's paws I've ever seen in the industry. It is ridiculous.
