What's appropriate for early March?

Hi - I have to give a big presentation at a conference at CSR the first week of March (anything to go back to Disney!!!)

Now, I'm wondering what type of clothes to wear, based on the weather. I know it sounds silly, but is it too soon to wear open toe shoes and a short sleeved dress (obviously, I'm female)?

Or, do I stick with the winter attire that I'm used to for the weather out here?

Thanks for suggestions. I know it's a silly question....but this is the best place for answers.

We were there the first week of March last year and the weather was quite warm and humid, although it rained almost every day. We wore shorts every day (way too hot & humid to wear pants)...but a few evenings a sweatshirt was appropriate, especially our second night (which was techinically still February)---it got chilly. I would say it was between 74-82 every day, with very high humidity and a rain storm almost every afternoon. One day it was 88 & sunny.

Then toward the end of March 2003 we woke up to temp of 33 and where freezing. My sister hadn't packed any sweat shirts for my nephews so 1st stop was shopping for warm cloths. $$$$

I packed lots of shorts, a few pair of capris, one pair of jeans and a couple of sweatshirts and everything else is short sleeved. I will be weraing a sweatshirt and my jean jeacket from the airport.....so I think I am ready for just about anything. I also packed my sandels and my tennies just in case!! My sister and mother who both live in south Florida told me what to pack.....they have also said it is already getting to be time to turn on the A/C, so I am ready to go....just have to wait for the countdown clock to do its' thing!!!
