What's all included in the Discovery Cove tickets?

I purchased our tickets online for Monday, November 12. Do I get the tickets in the mail? Will I get tickets for Discovery Cove AND SeaWorld AND Aquatica all sent to me?

Also, our flight arrives at 11:45am on Saturday. Would we have time to go to Aquatica that afternoon? We will have a rental car and I doubt we can check in at our hotel until later. I was thinking going to Aquatica until 5:00 (closing), then checking in at the hotel by Universal, then maybe driving over to Downtown Disney for some supper. What do ya'll think?

THANKS SO MUCH!

We ordered our DC tickets directly from their website and they were accessible in our account and via email immediately. The tickets cover you for your date selected to DC and then to SW and Aquatica for 14 days.

If your flight arrives on time at 11:45am chances are by the time you unload, get your luggage, get your rental car and then get moving you won't be to Aquatica before 1pm or 1:30pm at best. Then you have to park and change clothes. So you might get 2-3 hours at most. IMHO it wouldn't be worth it.

I would head to the hotel and see if your room is ready if not then maybe head to DTD and browse and have an earlier dinner. Just an option...

I haven't bought tickets yet, but my impression was that you'll have a printout, via email probably. If you want to visit Sea World or Aquatica before you go to DC, you take that printout. As long as it's within 14 days, either before or after, you're good to go. You have a 14 day window around your DC day to visit Sea World and Aquatica.

I guess I'd play it by ear on visiting aquatica when you arrive. Maybe have swim suits and sunscreen ready to go in case you feel energetic. Even though you may only have a few hours there, you can still go back again another day (as I understand it).

Good for you for buying your tickets. I still haven't pulled the trigger on mine yet. It's so pricey!

Thanks, everyone! I realized my husband used his email address when we purchased the tickets so they were emailed to him, and, of course, he forgot to mention that to me! ;)

Even if you got your printout off the computer, if you paid via credit card, just bring the printout with you. When you check in, your name and party are already in the computer at DC. You will be issued a picture id card (they take your picture there) and give you a lanyard to wear the id all day long. You can pre-credit the card with money, so if you see something in the gift shop you like, you can charge it and they will hold it until you leave. Also, the seaworld/ aquatica ticket is on this id as well. You just go to the entrance with the id card and go directly to the turnstiles. They will scan the barcode on your id and let you into either park with it. I hope this helped.

Also, if you are getting in at 11:45, I would suggest what someone said earlier, try the hotel or go to DD rather than chance a couple of hours at a park.:cool1:

If you have unlimited admissions for 14 days and your trip is less, I would go.
We have APs and got to Aquatica at 9:00 park opening. By 10:30 we had done all the slides at least once, both lazy rivers once around, and a little time in wave pool. We do not have small children so the kid's area was the only thing we did not do.
You could easily do this in 3-4 hours mid November. The time you would be there would be the warmest time of the day, and should not be crowded.
It will also give you a glimpse of the park--where you want to get chairs other days, if you want their dining, etc.
For that day I would drive through for fast food on the way to maximize time.
We never spend more than 3-4 hours there.
Enjoy your trip!
