It's a great workout that is low impact and easy to follow. It is especially good for people who are new at working out. It has 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile and 4 mile versions. There are also different versions of walk away the pounds. Walk away weights (my favorite), walk away express, walk away abs and there are more.
You basically walk in place, knee lifts, kick backs, and walk to the side. Simple moves with arm work added in.
The only bad thing is that after a while, it becomes easy. I love to use it pure cardio on a non weight day.
