Whats a good tour plan for July?

I'll be going to Universal Studios/ Islands of Adventure for 2 days in July for my honeymoon. We are staying in WDW and are renting a car for those days. We will be there on Tuesday, July 8 and Wednesday, July 9. I assume it will be pretty busy at that time of the year. What's the best attack plan for those days? I defiantly want to check out all the Harry Potter stuff as well as Jurassic Park. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

If Diagon Alley is open by then...and I think it will be...the parks will be mobbed. Since you are staying at WDW I would strongly advise you get there as early as you can before opening and plan on staying until closing. If you want to do both sections of HP, you will need a park to park ticket to ride Hogwarts Express...just keep that in mind and there are no discounts on single day admissions. Also...use single ride lines whenever you can to cut down on the wait times and eat at off peak times...that will help a little.

if the parks are crowded when you go, you will have an idea of where rides, restrooms, eateries are located in advance.

be sure to pick up the park guide maps when you enter.
it will list show times and events in the parks.
since you will have ptp tickets, you can move from one park to another to catch timed events.

despictable me is still a popular ride at the studios.
on the day you plan to go there, go directly to that ride once you enter.
