What's a fair price for a mini van in early Dec?

Last time I got a full size car for $117.00 for the week, this time I am hoping to get a Mini Van, what is a fair price for this from December 7-15th, so 8 days?
Should I take my chances reserving EA, and also have a van reserved in case there is not one on there? I can do one in my name and one in DH... what do you think?

My suggestion to you would be to keep watching http://www.mousesavers.com and look for mini-van rental codes.

We have rented from Dollar the last 3 trips down, and two of those were in early December. This past trip we rented from November 28th until December 8th, and a Grand Caravan cost us $396 out the door, unlimited milage.

Don't expect to get a "fair" price for a minivan. Expect to pay roughly double what you paid last year. Anything less would be a pretty good deal.
