Whatever happened to Future Corps?

Does anyone remember Future Corps @ Epcot? Whatever happened to them? I"m a Drum Corps fan and ran across a website for them tonight and it just got me to thinking!! Can anyone tell me why they are gone?

Yes I remember them!!!

Disney did a bunch of cutting back a few years ago.Alot pertaining to music/entertainment and Future Corp was one that got axed.I believe the big marching band WDW had is gone too.The Drum Major in the marching band had worked for the company for years.I read an article about it all but can't remember where the heck the site is that I found it.

Future Corps fan here! One of their players, Dave(?), who'd gone to Indianna U, has left Disney. Keith, who got his Master's from UNT (and is the reason DS is a jazz studies major there-long story), as well as several other former members, plays in a band in Tommorrowland (I think it's called Tomorrowland Countdown). The drum major from the Magic Kingdom Band (to the best of my knowledge, he wasn't in Future Corps) also plays sax, and he sometimes plays with Tommorrowland Countdown too. Also, I've seen him performing with the band that's outside Mizner's, on the balcony at GF. I was fortunate enough to have bought a CD of Future Corps music a few months before WDW let them go, and I treasure that CD.
