I decided - because of my monthly friend to go EXTREMELY healthy....

An Oreo, Banana & Malt Blizzard. It's perfect! :thumbsup2

So, what'd you eat? Good or Bad? And yes - I know my horrible eating habits are adding to insurance costs for all.

I didn't eat lunch.

I had a Diet Pepsi, though.

Nothing.

I had a pretty big McD's breakfast, and we're going out for a pretty big dinner tonight, so I'll just hold out for that.

There needs to be a drooly smilie for your lunch, CathrynRose. On my attempts to eat healthy I had a rice cake, a peanut butter and raisin sandwich, a lowfat yogurt, and a little can of fruit.

I WANT THE BLIZZARD!!! :)

I made a huge double batch of my special 60% cocoa chocolate chip cookies for my DS11 and his neighborhood friends for completeing their first week of middle school. For quality control reason only, there were two "extra" cookies. They looked like lunch to me, with a half a glass of milk.

And, they were quite delicious. :thumbsup2

I had a very healthy lunch myself. Flamin' Hot Cheetos (hey, 0 transfat!) and skim milk.

Please don't tell the children.

I had a turkey, cream cheese and cheddar croissant. I made it at work! :teeth: Although I think Cathryn's lunch sounded much better than mine!

Tater Tots and Chicken fingers for me.

Geesh, I sound like a 4 year old rather than a 24 year old. :thumbsup2

I had sushi...which almost seems to be the most normal thing here to have for lunch.

Hate to disappoint the stereotype of overweight Americans, but I'm eating turkey, swiss, and proscuitto on 9 grain bread with mayo, sprouts, and tomato. Oh I do have a small amount of RF mayo smeared on it. And I also am eating a 100 calorie pack of sunchips and some seltzer water.

I had a small chili and a baked potato from Wendy's. :)

I've been skimping on food the last couple of days, so I went to a local chinese restaurant. Had egg drop soup and S&S Chicken. Not sure what I'll eat tonight since my DH will be at work party. DQ does sound good...

You did make me laugh with your last comment though. You can eat blizzards and lose weight... don't believe me? I'll tell you what my "diet" was when I did that :p

Turkey, tom, let on whole grain, baked tortilla chips and salsa, and an apple. I am trying to be very good, becuase next week will be very bad. Free dp, here I come!
Although a blizzard sounds really yummy...

Lets see, I had a cherrycoke slushie and a half a bag of plain M&Ms :cool1:

What was I thinking :confused3

I'm the leftover queen. And since we eat pretty healthily at home--that means my lunches are pretty good, too. Today I had baked chicken breast with bbq sauce on the side and boiled new potatoes. I usually make a big salad on Sunday and take that along all week, too, but since it's Friday--that's long gone now!

Whole wheat tortilla with refried black beans, some salsa and a smidge of shredded cheddar. Carrot sticks on the side. It was YUMMO!

salad with walden farms dressing (look them up-- great dressings and ZERO calories), 3 oz of roast beef on a whole wheat scallion wrap (50 cal) and mustard.
About 200 cal.
