whatcha doing for this Halloween season?

DH & DS are having their Halloween kids D&D game this Sun. DH will be playing the big annual D&D game at our house on the 19th.

This weekend taking DS for his pumpkin. On the 12th going trick or treating at Hebert's Candy Mansion. We have a nighttime party at the local science center - topic is bats. Then the local armory is having their Halloween party. RW Zoo in Providence, RI is having Halloween trick or treating.
So we have some type of Halloween activity for the next 4 weekends.

Wont be able to take DS trick or treating this year since Im working again. Couldnt last year either as I was also working that night.

We are going to have our Fall Festival after all, or that's the plans today.
It'll be fun.

I'll be sitting at home, on my omputer, watching TV. Hopefully, there will be some good horror movies on.

We will go to our towns Halloween Parade the Sunday before. On Halloween we will do some trick or treating in our neighborhood, and then head over to my parents house to do some more over there.

I will be working at my high school's Trick or Treat night for kids - clubs decorate the classrooms and pass out candy. Usually 2000 kids show up, so it is a big deal.

My DS is going to the pumkin patch with his class(at a christian private school) and get a pumkin w/ his dad. This weekend my whole family will help us decorate the house outside. My DH is really into Halloween.
Fog Machine and all. The kids and parents love our house. We have tiered ladscaping and the fog rolls nicely down the tiers.{really spookie}. I think holloween is what you make out of it and I think it is a day for kids to play dress up and get candy. I am a christian and I celebrate this "pagan" holiday.

My first thought was, turn the clocks back! Why do they do that right before Halloween?

Other than that, I'll be decorating after Friday since DNiece will be here Friday and, she gets into everything. No sense adding more fuel to her fire!! LOL (she'll be 1yo 10/25 and, she's fast!!)

DD does not have any school on 10/31 so, keeping her bottled up all day before trick-or-treating, will be hard!!

I'll be making the rounds of haunted houses with a friend soon and I'll also be going on another evening with some coworkers. I'll visit my brother in Austin and we'll see what we can find there one night. DS and I plan on trying a nearby haunted hayride and we'll catch some of the "milder" offerings on TV.

well, as Halloween is a Thursday, I will most likely be working at night. I always watch Arachnaphobia around Halloween, it is kind of a tradition, so I will be doing that, I am going to FrightFest at Six Flags sometime in October, my grandfather died on Halloween 6 years ago, so I am really just coming around to being able to celebrate it again.

Halloween isn't celebrate much here in the UK.................So I am going to WDW for MNSSHP and HHN

Its DDs 14th birthday on the 30th October so we decorate the house then and have a party,then on Hallowe'en the kids go trick or treating then a small party in the house then this year for DDs birthday we are having a spooky night on the Friday night for DD and her friends,with pizza,videos (scary ones of course!!!) and lots of other things!!Should be good fun this year

Having parties at work, 2 for the pre school kids (morning and afternoon session) and then another for the after school care. I'm dressing up as Tigger.
