If you get ADR's for R & C make them for about 7:30 and you will have a great view of Illuminations if you are lucky enough to get the utdoor seating, if not they will take you out to the patio when Illuminations starts. I can't think of anyothers outside.

That's exactly why I was wondering. I currently have a Tutto ressie. Can anyone else confirm that Tutto has outside seating? If so, will I be able to see Illum.

That's right the Cantina, I was only thinking TS only for some reason. Where Tutto is situated even if they have outdoor seating I don't think you could see Illuminations, but not sure it doesn't sit on the bay the walkway is between. R & C sits right overlooking the Bay and the globe floats out pretty close too that side of the bay. Best place I've seen Illuminations. Now I kinda wish I had ADR's for R & C in Sept. was there i nJune and last Sept.

There is also the counter service w/ patio seating for England.. they have fish & chips, etc..

Yakitori House has outside seating.

Liberty Inn and Lotus Blossom (counter service) also have outdoor seating. Actually, I think every country's counter service except Canada (none there) and Italy (none there either) has outdoor seating of some sort.
