We went for a week last September when my daughter was that age and here is what we did:
MK-
FP for Peter Pan, Dumbo, Winnie the Pooh, Town Square Mickey meet and greet, Little Mermaid, and Jungle Cruise. While the interactive queues for Dumbo and Pooh are fun, it was still nice to have a FP when DD was tired and about ready for a nap. We couldn't have waited that long with her.
Also did single FP for 7DMT, Splash, Big Thunder Mountain and then used Rider Swap so other parent could ride. I felt bad about that at first, but by the end of our trip, we couldn't have ridden things otherwise.
EPCOT-
FP for Soarin or Test Track and then Spaceship Earth
She liked Spaceship Earth OK, but coloring in the stations around the World was the most fun for her so we didn't do other rides
Hollywood Studios-
Toy Story Midway Mania - she loved this ride!
Disney Jr Show - this was a hit as well - didn't need a FP though
Star Tours for Mom and Dad
Animal Kingdom-
Kilimanjaro Safari
Festival of the Lion King - didn't need a FP really
Dinosaur for Mom and Dad
We had so much fun on our trip and I know you will too! Be sure to use the Baby Center when your kid needs a break and just remember to be flexible - you can change your existing FP on your phone as you go. We did that so we could fit in some needed naps.
