What would you do?

Have reservations at 520 at Ohana on a Christmas party day so we would miss an hour and a half or so of park time getting there, or I can trade with a friend for a 750 Chef Mickey? I'm more interested in the Ohana menu but hate missing a few rides on an already short park day. Plus I heard Chef Mickey might be relocated and may not be as nice. Not sure what to do.

the parks get stupid crowded at 4pm when they start letting christmas party people in. I would go for the 'Ohana.

Unless you're really keen on the character aspect of Chef Mickey, then definitely go for 'Ohana, even with it having to cut your day a bit shorter. You can also keep trying for a later 'Ohana, you may luck out and snag a cancellation.
