What would you do?

OK, I realize that I'm asking if I should go to Disneyland on message boards with a bunch of Disneyholics, but I'm trying to decide if it's worth it. I'm only in LA for tomorrow, leaving on Thursday bright and early. There's a $110 package deal that includes bus from the hotel and the park ticket (for one park). I can upgrade it for $25 more and do both parks. Which puts me at $135 for the day. On top of that, I need an ECV to get around so I'd have to rent one, that's another $45. So I'm up to $180 and I haven't even gotten to the food yet!!!!!!!!!! Is it worth it? I haven't been to Disneyland in about 10 years, I've never been to DCA. But I've been on the majority of rides at WDW (except for the obvious ones at DCA). Ugh, I just wish it wasn't so expensive.... I want to go so bad, but can my wallet take the hit???????? What would y'all do? Oh, and I'm only in the parks from when it opens at 10 am to 6:30 pm when the bus leaves.

I wouldn't spend $200 to see DCA and if you have been to Dland then you have an idea of what it is like. I'd go shopping!

Yeah, shopping was my other plan for tomorrow. I'm only a few blocks away from Rodeo Drive.

I'm sure I'll be back for more medical stuff, so maybe I could plan to go then.

I do have a doctors appointment at 8:30 pm that I can't miss (yes, I know that's an odd time for an appointment, but the guy is a researcher full time and only has his practice open on Wednesday nights).

That's a tough call. DCA as it exists at this moment in time is probably not worth it. There are only a couple of rides that are not at one of the WDW parks. (California Screaming, Monsters Inc, Grizzley Rapids)

However from your trip dates, it doesn't look like you have ever been to Disney when it is decorated for the holidays, which it should be at this point.

Either way it a awful lot of money for a single day in the park(s).

No, I haven't been there for the holidays. Which I'd love to be!

Maybe I should save the money and go for the 4 nights/3 free deal at WDW instead.

I love Disneyland, go there all the time, but if not going would help you get to WDW for a week, I think I would definately pass on DL, especially since you have been there before.
