Hi all!
I've been a lurker to the disboards, and visit WDW at least once a year. I decided to book Swan for our upcoming May trip because of discount. Changed over to Dolphin because it seems to have more kid activities.
Here's my dilemma........
Switched ressie over in Jan., CM said they would credit my card. Never happened. Called to point out that card was never credited. Again, CM, said that card would be credited. Never happened. Called a third time and spoke with manager, who promised it would be credited. Waiting to see if this time it actually goes through. This has been going on for over 2 months, and now I have to pay the bill or I'll get fees, because the credit takes 7 -10 days to post on account.
Always stayed at Disney resorts in the past. Should I switch my ressie for May? I'm very nervous about what kind of experience/service will be at the Dolphin, if I'm having ths much trouble to begin! Any suggestions?
Anyway, that's my rant, and I'm happy to be a part of the dis community
