:scared1: OK, here is my dilemma...I booked a package using AAA, staying at POP for upcoming April. I want to upgrade to POR, but I can't get a response from my TA. I e-mailed her yesterday, and also left 2 messages, with no response (this has been a problem since day 1). She takes several days to respond, sometimes with no reply at all. I have a temporary hold for this ressie with Disney themselves, so at least I have the room reserved. ( I was afraid of losing the Park Hopper Upgrade, as there are only a limited amount of rooms at this rate ). I want to cancel the AAA ressie because of the communcation issues, but I'm afraid she will get upset and cancel all my Dining ressies as well, which I DO NOt want to cancel!!! What would you do?:goofy:
 
You should contact her supervisor. Unless she had had a family emergency or gone to a training, there really is no excuse for that. If it were me, I would rebook my dining reservations just to make sure you have them in case she does cancel them. Then after you cancelyour reservation with AAA, i would call the dining line and ask if they were cancelled. If not, you can cancel them yourself. That is definately not a way to get business.
