
OK, here is my dilemma...I booked a package using
AAA, staying at POP for upcoming April. I want to upgrade to POR, but I can't get a response from my TA. I e-mailed her yesterday, and also left 2 messages, with no response (this has been a problem since day 1). She takes several days to respond, sometimes with no reply at all. I have a temporary hold for this ressie with Disney themselves, so at least I have the room reserved. ( I was afraid of losing the Park Hopper Upgrade, as there are only a limited amount of rooms at this rate ). I want to cancel the AAA ressie because of the communcation issues, but I'm afraid she will get upset and cancel all my Dining ressies as well, which I DO NOt want to cancel!!! What would you do?
