What would you do? Travel agent problem....

So, my DH and I are scheduled to go on vacation in the beginning of January. 2 days at disneyland then a short cruise. We used the travel agency we always use, although the agents come and go. Anyway, we got a call today that our documents are in and there's a problem. There was only one parkhopper pass. Apparently our travel agent only ordered one, so we only got one, instead of the two we should have gotten. We ordered a package with hotel and air for the Disneyland part of it. The funny thing - I paid for the package on my credit card, and DH gets the park hopper in his name. We have different last names too! I am hopeful that the travel agent will take care of this but when I called about it, she said "can I charge this to your card?" and I said NO....very nicely, but no. She said she would work on fixing this.... I am so upset. The travel agent who made these arrangements is no longer with the agency, of course.....
Any suggestions? Is the travel agent responsible for getting us another parkhopper pass?

Do you have it in writing that both park hopper passes were part of the package? If so, have the current agent call the wholesaler that the package was purchased from. They should make it right.

Hopefully the TA will come thru for you. Give her a day and see what happens, call back if she hasn't called you. Go through the charges with her so that she understands that it was to be included. There have to be some notes left somewhere on what the package inlcuded. If needed, have them break it down to explain it if you think you paid for two. Maybe the first TA made an error and only charged you for one? Do you have anything explaining the "deal"?

I'll have to check my receipt when I get home today.... I can't believe that we buy a package for two people and it only includes one park hopper pass for one person in the package.... how can that be right? And how can anyone who does the package (TA or wherever package came from) think that that's right? Oh well.

Some people like the word "package" so they make a "package" for you. All they really do is put together the prices of everything and tell you it's all included. Maybe that is what this TA did. That's why I mentioned have it broken down. I hope it all works out. Sorry for your trouble.
