What would you do if you ran Disney?

I've read lots of posts with people voicing their disapproval of the way Disney is being run. So I have to ask, what you would do if you ran Disney? How would you "bring back the magic"?
:)

Good Question...
I think the first thing I would do is RETIRE and spend my time enjoying the resort! ;)
But seriously, I think that Disney has not lost the magic...just misplaced some of it (although I love it as much as always).
If anything I would like to see the CM's get better training and higher wages and better benefits. The better they are treated the better they will treat the Guests. (now this is just going off second hand info on how Disney pays, and their benefits...I have no first hand experience).
I would like to see the debate subjects (Mugs, pool hopping, fast passes, electric scooters, heelies, Tipping Mouskeepers, etc) be put to rest with a better FAQ section on the website. (But then again...what in the world would we talk about on the Disboards...lol).
I am sure there is many other things I have complained about over the years but they must have not been to important becasue I am leaving in about 6 hours for WDW :cheer2: , and I can't think of a single one!...Oh, yeah I can...it is to stinking far away from me!

Sorry...It froze up on me and I refreshed and it posted twice! ~Oops~

I'd find room in the Animal Kingdom for the planned Beastlie Kingdomme land.

I'd bring back the People Mover at Disneyland park.

I'd import Disneyland park's Nemo submarine ride to WDW's Magic Kingdom.

I'd make sure all job positions at all Disney-owned parks and resorts are filled by Disney employees rather than contractors, and I'd pay them above-average wages. After all, they're expected to be above-average, so they should be paid accordingly.

I'd finish Pop Century, and also make sure the mix of family suites to standard rooms is correct throughout the value resorts.

1. An all inclusive resort (or at least offer it at the existing resorts):thumbsup2
2. Knock the room prices down a bit! (I can't see paying $300:scared1: a night for a deluxe room):confused3
3. A third (or fourth) water park :woohoo:

Other than these, I think they do a pretty good job of keeping up with the entertainment aspect of the area.:thumbsup2

Easter @ CSR  12 days and counting! :cool1:

I dont think the magic is gone...I think most of the disapprovals come from people that had some kind of bad experieince... Its sad that someone can be upset at the greatest place in the world!

I wouldnt change a thing.... oh wait... the only thing that i might change is transportation... i wish that all resorts had some other transportation other then the buses.

I would offer more reasonably priced accomodations for families of 5 and more. The cheapest for our family would be to tent camp, have two separate rooms at one of the Value Resorts or all of us jammed in POR. Man I wish I was rich and could afford Deluxe Resorts all the time.

I would also change the way Disney hands out discounts and codes. I would have the discounts across the board for everyone's use. Not just a select few here and there. Disney will definitely book all rooms if everyone was able to take advantage of the discounts and they would make up the money on the souvenirs, food and such.

I would also have every resort hooked up to different monorail lines.
